2015 Year of The Child
Wednesdays at Progressive Baptist Church!

This initiative is named Year of the Child, but it is our desire to minister to the needs of the entire family. For each person placed in the body at Progressive Baptist Church, there is a place of service for you and the Lord has placed your name on it! It is now up to you to walk in that high calling! Step up to the plate "Team Work, Makes the Dream Work!".

Our mission

Spiritual Development: Studying the word of God through:

  • Active Participation in Sunday School, bible study and Junior Church through the worship, evangelism and shepherding ministries.
  • Academic Achievement by Tutoring here at the church, in the area of Reading, Math
    and the Sciences.
  • Social Development: Teens - the TOPS Program and younger children in other social
    enrichment offerings.

All children or Youth participating in some kind of enrichment program. Arts, music,
and social etiquette.

If you are planning an event at Progressive and will be needing the Progressive Media/Marketing Teamm to assist you, you will need to complete our new Progressive Event Advertisement Event Form. This PDF form should be used to shubmit requests for events and advertisements for events at Progressive. You will need to submitt your form to Ruby Dee Sanders, a minimum of six weeks prior to your event to ensure that a successful marketing campain can be developed for your event.
